I telephoned for an appointment at 08:00 and was seen later that morning at 10:40. Dr. Serrano was polite and courteous and put me at ease immediately. He listened to my symptoms and examined me. He diagnosed my condition and referred me to a local GP clinic for further treatment. The appointment was booked by the receptionist there and then for six weeks time. I found Dr. Serrano to be friendly, professional and efficient, he allowed me to explain my problem. He listened to me and took on board what I had to say and provided the appropriate on-going care. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Serrano to any other patient or prospective patient.

visited the surgery two weeks ago. the doctor listened to me and made me feel at ease.he did not hurry me and made arrangements for me to have several tests as my ongoing problem was causing me concern.my second visit today again made me feel at ease. further tests have been made and the doctor has shown great care with his advice.after making my appointment to see a consultant I left the surgery a happy and relieved patient.thank you doctor
